I have over 10 years experience within the fitness industry. I am passionate about fitness and a big believer in fuelling your body efficiently with good healthy nutrition. When not in the gym you will normally find me at the top of a mountain somewhere with my collie "Katie" always close by. I am very confident in my ability to get results through my program and that is why I don't ask for a 3 to 6 month commitment like other online coaches. If we work together and you follow my plan I'm confident you will want to continue on my program past the 4 week mark like so many others have.

You will follow a 4 week training regime that is tailored to your exact goals. It doesn't matter whether you want to train from home 3 days a week or are willing to be in the gym 7 days a week. My programs are tailored to you so they are achievable whether you are a beginner or an advanced athlete. The programs are delivered through an app and at any level, which are very easy to follow. They also have instructional videos for each exercise, so you will always know exactly what you are doing and won't feel lost.

So we have all heard of calorie counting. This works to a degree, but the problem lies with not knowing what specific calories you are putting into your body. I could tell you to eat 1500 calories in one day. You could achieve this by not eating all day then having a pizza at night. I go one step further by calculating your macro nutrients within those calories.
Macros are the science behind the calories you eat. I will work out the exact amount of protein, carbs and fats your body needs to run at an optimum rate. This will boost your metabolism sky high, giving you the best possible chance to burn fat or build muscle. We will work together to ensure you enjoy the foods you are given in the food plan which will make it easier to follow. You will feel stronger, sleep better, feel more alert, have nicer skin, stronger hair and just in general feel the best you have ever felt.
